An eye opener……!!
From the perspective of delivering training to specific age groups and the behavioural problems that one can encounter, the course made me look at the whole process again and I realised how vulnerable both I and my colleagues were at times. A little bit scary but a justification (if one were needed) of one's own thoughts regarding safety and self preservation.
Well presented with good graphics/
