Easy to navigate, clear instructions for easy use.
Covers all areas and breaks it down into palatable sizes for learning. As an employee, it gives an overview of the whole process but also states your role in the process so you know where you stand. This can be a confusing subject at times so continued refreshers are key.
Good and easy to understand and follow
This was an easy to follow session and breaking it down into short clips meant that it was engaging. The questions during the presentation were also useful to verify understanding.
As a sales executive these courses are very time consuming considering how busy our working days are. Also only a small section of this is relevant to the job we do.

Could have expanded more on the associated terms (e.g. Structuring), but enjoyed the various scenarios which were required common sense over expertise/experience (could have been more complex).
The presentation was engaging and kept me focused and interested to the end.
