Most people could do the test and pass without being forced to go through the full course again annually.
The course is designed to offer the user a clear and easy explanation in relation to this important topic, it takes you step by step from simple to complex and that allows you to have a complete vision of the importance and consequences of this subject for you and for the company.
The course gave a clear description of various parties' obligations under the law and good examples to highlight some of the more subtle distinctions between what is and is not acceptable.
