Most of the training was helpful, although it would have been better if the examples provided could have used practical heritage examples instead (e.g. the types of gifts an engagement officer might be offered). I also felt that some of the international examples were irrelevant to almost all the staff at the Fund.

I was particularly impressed by the economy of verbiage employed in this training module. A punchy and pithy presentation which, for that reason, stuck in my head.
