Interesting but could be improved
The videos of the 'real' person were fine but the sound quality of the 'scenarios' was very poor. Even with the volume set to maximum I found it very difficult to get the message. I admit to having some hearing loss but I cannot be the only one.
The videos could play automatically after 1 finishes.
Should we formulate a policy following this training ?
