A quick question

Just a thought -What if someone unintentionally accepted a "gift" in a situation where they didn't know a client or vendor or company or individual is bidding for a contract and they only found out after they had accepted a "gift" of any magnitude. What would be the best cause of action for something like this? Thanks.

Very interesting, yet shocking

Very informative session, makes you think twice before any involvement of the receiving or giving of gifts due to perceptions. Certainly a worthy training session for anyone involved in building and strengthening customer relationships, no matter what age or experience of the individual.

I think that there should be no answers in the tests starting with "It depends".
