I thought it was going to be hard to take all the information in,but the summery at the end of each section made it easier to remember.

I liked the video and the transcript.

The course is not very relevant in the way it is presented for the majority of staff working in a college environment. It is geared towards industry and commercial businesses. It covers mostly things that the majority of staff would not experience as part of their job in college, and omits relevant things to the college environment. For example does not cover things like gifts or benefits from students or their parents, or bribery to complete courses or give certification for work not done. There must be more suitable courses for colleges that cover this subject.

Good presentation, easy to understand, gives all the information in video and slides without becoming boring and not too long, gives a few test questions in between sessions to ensure you understand.
