There are questions that can be interpreted differently but I recognize that there is little one can do about this. Overall, I think the training was useful especially when it focuses on grey areas.One specific example on which it may be useful to elaborate: The lady who couldn't get her company's products through the customs. What if she can't get to that country's customs manager as it seems like this place expects everyone to pay (that's how things seem to be done there)? She will be stranded at the airport, especially if she can't get her company's representatives on the phone to advise her.
