A good way to help educate our staff on the risks of Bribery and how to recognise the signs
The course appears to cover the relevant aspects of UK law, and is pretty clear on what constitutes bribery at a personal level. One question that sprang to mind was what about corporate bribery - can an organisation be offered inducements to perform some 'under-the-counter' service, and what is the law?
important to know policy and to avoid anything that is at all unusual that could even smell of a bribe..
