Just to give you some feedback on the AB&C course. It was good and I enjoyed it. Good for all of us.I thought the requirement to have to read and acknowledge or own procedures was excellent.One last point, as I'm a perfectionist, I wish to take the test again! I tried but it says it's locked. I was being too clever in thinking one question was a trick question about the value of gifts. All 3 statements were true and Veolia likes to slip these curved balls into their questions. Ihasco clearly isn't as sneaky. As I tried to select all 3 it took the first answer which clearly isn't the most critical though I find the question partially subjective! The guy said that you can take the test again? Nothing less than 100% will do and 95% isn't good enough as MD!
The information is given clearly and precisely, I would recommend you read and understand the questions in the test so you don't mis-understand what is being asked.
This course is a good base introduction to Anti-Bribery. Most of the information held is, in my opinion basic common sense.
The training was good but does not talk about the law in any other country other than the UK, so one can assume that similar laws apply everywhere.
