I thought the scenario with Andrew and the question of whether he alone, or he and his company, were guilty of committing bribery could have been subject to further debate. It is evident that he is committing bribery, but ultimately for the benefit of the company (unclear what's in it for Andrew - unless he owns the company). Is the company only accountable if/when he succeeds and the bribe is discovered?
