A few more specific examples, for within the public sector, might be great. Not enough examples of what consistutes an acceptable gift, or even on the types of services that might receive and the slightly different treatment that might be allowed as a result.
A good way to be made aware of the actions that facilitate and count as bribery. Easy to follow and understand with good examples

Enjoyed this course, it is a wake up call for how business is done correctly and within the law. Construction industry can be notoriously fickle about gifts and hospitality and things have changed a lot in the 40 years I have been in the industry. It was certainly an eye opener.
I found the course structure very consistent and well presentable helping the audience to digest the key points at an ease way.
Some of the questions are written in the negative format so have to really think about the answers!
