I loved the case studies being shown as easier to understand straight away than having to read lots of text. Questions were not as easy as I had thought they would be but still passed first time 95%

Very useful course. A couple question on the test came up which weren't part of the training but overall easy to follow.
I don't understand why after getting one question incorrect on say question 4, that I have to complete the next 16 questions before I resit the test?

Audio Problem - With regard to the telephone case studies, there was a volume difference between the two callers, one caller would be at the correct level but the other is quieter and quite difficult to hear.

Very positive course and I am a firm believer in examples so if anything, a few more role plays is always beneficial.
