An interesting way of getting the message over. The theory is quite simple but not all will be aware of the non UK issues and the penalties.
The answer to Question 11 is incorrect. As far as I am aware Duress can always be a defence in Criminal Law.

Really informative course which is easy to understand and well laid out.
The course was clear and concise in setting out and explaining what entails a bribe and how to spot one. The various different scenarios clearly demonstrated what was said, much better than trying to read the sections of the Anti Bribery Act. It certainly made me think about the fine line between gifts and hospitality and bribes.
