The presentation was clear and engaging but the quiz was poorly written, not least that it was normally blatantly obvious which was the correct answer. One question asked if we knew what to do in a certain circumstance with just a yes/no answer, so no testing of knowledge
this short course was clear and understandable, my rating of 4 reflects not on the excellent quality but only on the level of detail surrounding the law and where the line is drawn between hospitality and bribery. I am lead to understand that the courts uphold specific offices, values, and sectors ( such as officials) and associate that with either a level of criminality(imprisonment) or misnomer (fine based) depending upon the seriousness of the crime. this information would be useful. thx rick.
This is my second iHasco training course. I think I have quite a good grasp of English but some of the questions that were asked in the test puzzled me when they were asked in the negative. I think there were at least two or three questions that could have been phrased more clearly.
Course was straightforward, easy to follow, presenter came across well, and the graphics used were good. It was very informative.
Information was really useful, helped with understanding what gifts to accept and which one not to.
good

Easy to follow training with a good balance of watching videos/graphics and interaction, with questions every so often throughout the training. I do find some of the phrasing of the questions in the test a bit difficult to understand sometimes, so I have to re-read them a few times.
Good refresher.
