I really liked and appreciated the video training. I've had to do these courses for a previous employer and it was very much, non stop essay style training with limited videos. I'm giving this a 4 star instead of 5 just because I h ad to click to go to the next slide/video. I was doing this whilst doing a costing for a customer and it was a bit annoying having to click on the webpage to then click the next video every 8sec. But besides that, was good.
A good course. Great training tool for all staff. Probably would not watch if not part of business requirements.

I liked the videos, they were easy to understand and to learn and very clear
Never done this type of training before. Some of it common sense but clear and concise to get the point across. The short format can be a little annoying though as the start of each video buffers for 10seconds each time meaning that it takes much longer than what is stated.
I found this course very interesting and informative.
