It asks if the there is any occasion that you can give a bribe. The answer on the system is no. That is not correct. There is a common law defence of duress where individuals are left with no alternative but to make payments in order to protect against loss of life, limb or liberty. not withstanding the defences for the intelligence service or armed forces (which i agree would not add anything to the training)
