Clarifies aspects of what is a companys' and employees' responsibilities with regards to dealing with situations that could have serious reprocussions for both.
Examples too vague. Person taking a whole family out for a meal, rather than just the work contact sounds excessive. Centre court tickets to Wimbledon for a final have significant value and therefore also excessive.
