People that have already went throught this course and had the certification expire should be able to go and just take an exam. I have wasted good 30 minutes of my work productivity time WATCHIN something i already did.
Bribery is clear if you understand the difference between bribery and gifts. I didn't really understand the different scenarios until I completed this course. I found it very interesting to learn.
I found the course very informative, and I did learn a lot from it. I now understand the differences between bullying and harassment, the different forms it can present itself in, and what to do if it happens.
