This was very informative and it is always good to refresh ourselves on these rules which are so important.
Easy to understand and thorough.
I found this course really easy to follow, there was a lot of different sections which sound similar but was presented in a way that I could break down and understand each one. The questions with the phonecalls really helped me to understand conversations between companies or people easier than if it was written in a paragraph.
All very clear and easy to follow. The presentation was itself was excellent and covered the subject fully.

All questions up till the last one went well. Last question I submitted my answer, came out wrong, thought I can retake test as long as I did press finish or confirm!!! it automatically went to completed.
A good course, with relevant information given to the user at a nice pace so all can be understood.
