Was very simple to follow - as each section was chunked. Enjoyed the tone and speed of the facilitator/ trainer was perfect.

I like the slide format; and thought the material was clean and to the point. My internet kept crashing when I was doing the test and didn't save the answers I had already done so I had to start again which was a bit frustrating.

Overall a good Presentation. A couple of CBT Test questions were obscurely worded and not clear enough.
