learnt a few things.
Much easier to retain and take in the information when watching a video as opposed to reading a script. Nice to have interim knowledge checks
Our internet is not very good and answering one of the questions, due to a drop in connection was not logged. An error appeared on the screen.
Appreciated the presentation, explaining what I need to know with good scenarios and no waffle.
Straightforward but would query the relevance for a site based internal management role. Awareness is always useful but little opportunity to practice the skills learnt.
