I found this very helpful and positive

I like the length of each clip I found this very helpful and I will definitely be trying the breathing exercises I found that helped but this has changed my mindset in a very good way. It was interesting to know how anger can effect you physically headaches,irritability so that was good to know I definitely recommend this to others.

Anger is neither good or bad.

Anger is neither good or bad but what you do with that emotion is what matters. Managing anger is very important. It helps to alleviate tension and prevent unnecessary conflicts. A knowledge of what anger is helps you to be better able to deal with situations presented by others and also managing your own emotions.
