Although I work in a college in Scotland and not all of the content is related to the age groups I mainly work with, it was helpful to identify the sort of things which are necessary to consider in an educational setting.

The information was presented clearly and concisely it bite-sized chunks. The demonstrations on recovery position and CPR are helpful for those who've done a first aid course in the past and need a refresher.

Very clear information given in the videos with a brief overview of the key information given at the end of each session. Reinforced previous knowledge of working with children who had severe allergies to certain foods.

Good content, although I have a child with a severe nut allergy, but was a good refresher for me. Once again, sound track kept skipping and words were missing as with previous courses I've completed so far, hence only 4 stars.
