A well -structured and well-presented course.
More relevant to teaching staff than facilities staff as we have little interaction with the children and therefore are less likely to be aware of their individual health plans etc.

I like the ease of use with this type of presentation. You have a live speaker, visuals, the transcript, you can pause and review and access additional detail. It's so user-friendly. I like that you can make notes as you go. The whole thing appeals to my learning style.
A user friendly, simple to follow training course. All the relevant information. Clear & engaging videos & questions to test acquired knowledge.
