Useful, slightly scary, but awareness-rising. What was not mentioned, is the medical possibility to tackle allergies with specific programs that reduce the immune-response of the individual. This would give some hope to people who either have a severe allergy or know somebody with one.
Extremely informative course clearly outlining very important health and action matters and clearly showing how to deal with them.
