Particularly like the supplementary sheet for additional learning around ways to improve concentration and dealing with ADHD
I found the course to be beneficial and applicable to my work. I think it can be improved by making it longer and/or adding more examples.

This course is well presented and non-threatening, easily digestible but not necessarily challenging. This course maybe improved by tailoring it to specific groups i.e. young people undertaking work experience placements - experienced individuals with high levels of communication skills.
