Wow blown away that all these short courses are being offered to us and it helps so much in upskilling-I Love how it gave me extra information to think about. I think actively listening is definitely a skill because we tend to talk over each other in the world and none of us are truly feeling heard and with skills like these can only make the world a better place. love that babble invest in their staff the way they do thank you so much
