After a working life of 25 years as an engineer in the RAF and then 20+ years in teaching children and adults, I'm reasonably familiar with this. I'm not an expert, but I know enough to recognize when I need to look up a detail. At the end of this module, with its childish graphics and patronising talking heads, I'm no better off. The one thing that might be useful as an alternative now, and as an aide-memoire in future would be a transcript as a single document, but that doesn't seem to be offered. That said, it's probably less grim than the next module that I tried, Customer Service.
Good course. Covers the legal requirements of accident and near miss reporting, including RIDDOR, as well as giving the moral reasons for ensuring accidents and near misses are reported. The video content is friendly and easy to understand.
