The content was broken down into logical sections, was easy to follow and was informative.
I really enjoyed the course and made me to think and be mindful at work . Also it’s a very useful information to understand and know how the procedure works in work environment.
Easy to understand and informative. I liked that each section was broken down into bite sized video's which meant I could dip in and out of the training.
Estimated time of 17 minutes only allows to run through slides and go straight to test. Reading additional data offered with some slides, even briefly, can increase time taken to 30 minutes or more.
