The course was clear and to the point, making it easy to understand and take in.
Well presented easy to follow course covering accident/near miss reporting and why it's important. We already provide overview of this under Civil Service Learning but would be na good reminder for our Facilities teams when responding to incidents and help desk calls

The course contained the right amount of information for my role without going too deep. My current knowledge of RIDDOR was already good due to the health and safety training that I deliver. In summary as with the other courses that I completed good informative and in a format that is easy to follow which eases the process of learning.
