I think the only negative I can say is on the certificate its self it states the percentage gained. From a managerial perspective it is good for us to know if staff have just made it but on the certificate I feel it should just be "passed"I feel this could cause some staff to feel a bit embarrassed if they find exams/tests difficult and it may discourage further training

this is really good sessions for work place and home.
A decent overview of how to report accidents and what a company procedure should achieve. Would benefit someone new to a commercial or factory environment.
