...but I find the compulsory testing burdensome, stressful and somewhat oppressive in these difficult times. The trainers need to trust that people will go through the material and absorb it - we are, after all, professional, responsible people.

The course conveys a lot of information about the process of accident reporting and also near misses. It makes a lot of sense and explains why the information supplied has to be very accurate.
