My laptop is a little iffy and selected some answers for me, I have gone to do the course again because of this, then I was told I am locked out, the course is locked, then I get an email telling me I have completed the course, I have not?
Good content and examples. Plenty of links to resources. My main concern was that at the beginning there was no explanation of the differences between accidents and incidents. The text flowed easily between the two but I feel you have missed a trick by NOT explaining the very real differences. What is an accident and What is an incident? There should have been separate paragraphs to explain what these differences are and how they are accommodated under RIDDOR.
