exactly as a training course should be, straight to the point, reasons explained behind the policy and enough downloadable material to get us familiar with the product, hopefully we don't need to use it too often!.
Really straightforward accessible training which gave the information you need to know in a simple to follow format. Links to other sources of information such as RIDDOR was useful to give a bit more detail where required. Given the purpose of this was to inform staff members why they need to report accidents, I felt this was covered well.

A very useful training course. The mixture of visual and verbal learning with questions to check understanding is very good. It encompasses different learning styles and therefore makes it user friendly.
