This was a very good training session in regards to Accident Reporting. I am now a lot clearer in regards to what happens, should an accident occur in the workplace and more importantly, how to prevent one. Thank You!

Useful to know the legal requirements for accident reporting

Thank you for a great course it has surpassed my expectations. The presenter has a soothing voice and speaks very clearly. Also, the fact he is dressed in black didn’t distract me from the information being provided.Great presentation style with lots of images and animation which made it really easy to understand the content provided on the course. The part I enjoyed the most was “what needs to be included in an accident report”.However, the documents which needed to be read before the test I thought it would make more sense reading before starting the course.

The course was well presented but would have liked the option to print out transcripts or some sort of lesson notes after the testing is finished, just to keep myself refreshed. The videos are good but when using the subtitles it becomes difficult to read the main points on the video.
