Very good course to do
Great to refresh my memory as I was once a First Aider many years ago, so found it really useful to complete. Just annoyed I got a couple wrong with 80%.

clear and simple
I felt this covered all the basics of what can be a difficult topic to explain. Only quibble on RIDDOR – Dangerous occurrences under RIDDOR are not the same as near misses for general accident investigation. Very specific about what is and isn't a near miss. Good recording and reporting bit.
