Very easy to understand presentation.

Covers the basic topics in a simple format. Animations make sections memorable.

A very important topic. Very informative. Delivered in a very effective way with verbal, voice over with animation and succinctly. Enjoyed doing the training.

It was short simple and straight to the point

I have never liked the long drawn training we normally have and much prefer a lot of video content as in short clips like this training had. Some staff are extremely busy and simply do not have time to read endless amounts of training material but in this case it was quick and cheerful which is how it should be.

Unlike many e-learning courses that use very frequent multiple choice questions to check you're listening this one uses a few to monitor engagement and then one at the end. I like that approach. I find multiple choice questions are generally badly written and hard to understand and spend more time trying to work out what they're trying to ask than paying attention to the actual course. Slides were straightforward and engaging my only criticism is I prefer to be able to listen or read (usually I prefer the second option) and I couldn't work out if I could do that. I tend to digest less when I'm listening than when I actually read myself.
