- 1 What is Problem Solving?
- 2 Problem Solving Process
SECTION 1
In this first section, we will consider what problem solving is, the importance of problem solving and discuss why it’s an important skill to develop.
SECTION 2
In our second section, we’ll guide users through our four-step problem solving process known as "ICED", to help staff correctly identify problems and create effective and practical solutions.
