About this course

Learning to effectively manage anger is a skill that can be learned by anyone, but many never do or leave it too late.

Anger is one of the most common emotions people can feel, and if not managed correctly, it can be destructive. Knowing how to manage your anger is crucial to many aspects of everyone's personal and professional lives.

This short Anger Management Training course explores why people become angry, the importance of managing your anger, and how to work through this emotion - at home, at work, and in public.

Staff will also receive actionable tips to help them practice managing their anger in both their personal and professional life.
