Think you’re a good eLearning provider? Prove it.

We understand it’s a bit of a minefield when you’re looking at buying just about anything these days – whether that’s electrical goods from Amazon; fashion accessories from Very; or online training for your business. But there’s something all these things have in common – and that’s the ability to prequalify your supplier based on accessible (and crucially, real) customer feedback…
In this day and age, internal customer reviews are no longer enough: whilst businesses have long been keen to display their glowing customer reviews and positive feedback, we now find ourselves in the situation where to trust self-published reviews isn’t enough. Enter Trustpilot.
As a third-party site, Trustpilot acts as a way of independently corroborating your customer reviews – playing the important part of an impartial service over which you have comparatively little control.
Trustpilot’s homepage gives you the feeling that you’ve arrived at the home of a business who not only ‘get’ their customers; but also one that doesn’t need to waste any copy space telling you how good they are because their customers do this for them.
Trustpilot is committed to ensuring better online shopping experiences for everyone, which means we work hard to fight fabricated reviews. No company can delete or otherwise censor reviews.
Any brand worth its salt these days should be more than willing to open up the experience they already provide to their customers if they want you to participate in their buying process. This is increasingly true of popular online clothing and goods stores, and the landscape of eLearning is no different.
We’ve been allowing our customers to leave reviews on Trustpilot for a number of years now and that’s because we appreciate the trust exercise this is inherently involved in any online purchase – which is why for us, anything that inspires confidence in our would-be customers is an absolute no-brainer.
Interestingly, we’ve noticed that where a number of our competitors are concerned, they don’t seem to share this attitude… With either a total lack of independent reviews – or, possibly worse, Trustpilot profiles with minimal reviews that haven’t been updated in over a year – we can’t help but wonder why? As a business, we value our customers above anything else; which is why we pride ourselves on support, service and absolutely transparency right from the off.
If you don’t believe us, check it out for yourselves: View all of our independently checked customer reviews at the iHasco Trustpilot page.
