System migration and office closure (20 March 2023)
Posted 2 years ago
Like the scouts, our motto for this email is ‘Be Prepared’! We wanted to quickly update you on a couple of upcoming events that may have an impact on our ability to respond to queries as quickly as normal in the next week or so. We love to be positive and hope there won’t be any issues, but think it is always best to keep you, our amazing clients, informed – just in case!
System changes
On Monday 20 March, we will be migrating our IT systems (including email) from one platform to another – this is being done to align iHasco with the rest of Citation and make how we work much more efficient for the benefit of all customers. Whilst we have prepared for every eventuality (and our IT team have vast experience of doing this throughout our group) hiccups can, but hopefully won’t, occur.
Please be patient with us and be assured that it should be business as usual. However, if you do experience any delay in responses to any emails, this is the reason why and our team will get back to you as soon as they are able.
Office closure
To recognise colleagues’ hard work and commitment in the first quarter of 2023, iHasco will be closed on the afternoon of Monday 20 March 2023 (from 12noon) for a team building event. Normal service will resume on Tuesday 21 March 2023 at 9am.
