Special podcast: compulsory care vaccinations

From 11th November 2021, all care home workers in England, and anyone entering a care home, will need to be fully vaccinated, unless they are exempt under the regulations.

The requirement triggers a whole host of HR challenges, and you’ll need a robust, written vaccination policy. Have you considered:
