Emma works in a phone shop. Dominic is a courier contracted by the phone company to deliver and remove stock once a day. They are comfortable with each other and have the same sense of humour. They often flirt and joke around.

Verdict – This was not sexual harassment

Even though her employer may frown upon this behaviour, this is NOT sexual harassment because the feelings between Emma and Dominic are mutual. Neither of them felt embarrassed, intimidated or feel anything negative about the interaction.
