We’re excited to announce the launch of our new brand!
If you’ve been with us for a while, you may remember a number of changes to our brand throughout the years. Whether it’s a name change, or giving our visual identity a bit of a makeover, one thing has been consistent… our dedication to delivering exceptional customer service and making training simple for our clients.
Whilst our previous brand identity reflected our history and the journey we’ve been on since our inception, we felt it was about time that our identity evolved to convey how we help and support businesses today as part of a wider family of businesses, and how we expect our products and services to grow and develop.
Our new brand identity envisions a future where we’re at your side, a partner in your business toolbox, ready to help you and your business to be “ready for anything”.
First of all, we’d like you to meet our new logo…
This is the new iHasco. The logo was designed to tell the story of our family of brands. Which is why we chose a ‘Forward Motion Swirl’, which represents our relentless drive to keep moving forward and support you in this ever-changing world.
But other than our new logo, what else will the rebrand bring?
Continuing to make training simple
It’s no secret that our broadcast quality content is the heart and soul of our business. We’ve always put it first, and that isn’t changing. With our rebrand in place and a renewed purpose, we plan to carry on building on the fantastic library of content we’ve curated.
Our investment in our content library continues with a regular programme of new releases, and course updates. Behind the scenes we’ve grown our content team almost two fold this last year so you can be confident that the courses we deliver will continue to be meticulously researched, beautifully crafted and engaging for learners.
Our LMS is evolving
Our Learning Management System (LMS) is getting a new name – Atlas!
We’ve never truly had a name for our LMS, myLMS was a placeholder that never really went away. We’ve decided to make this name change in line with some future capabilities we’re planning to roll out this year.
We’re working towards being able to provide a wider variety of additional services from our sister companies, such as employment checks and certifications all under one Atlas shaped roof.
We’ll also be taking the opportunity to give the LMS a fresh colour palette to align more closely with all areas of our business to give you a smooth transition between these services, should you choose to explore them.
What does this mean for your LMS today? We’re just updating our name, the colour palette we use and our fonts. You’ll still find everything in the same place you do currently.
We hope you’ll enjoy the light makeover we’ve given the LMS and we’ll be updating you later in the year concerning the additional offerings mentioned above.
We’re part of something bigger
Since becoming part of the Citation Group in October 2020, we’ve worked closely with our colleagues in the wider business to share knowledge and industry insights that have helped us to improve and refine our service and develop into a more mature business with better foundations for continued growth.
As we’ve grown over the last few years we’ve embraced our success, reinvested in our people, systems and workplace and set our sights firmly on a future where we play an even more integral role in making sure our clients are ready for anything. Our new identity reflects where we’ve come from but also the exciting journey ahead for our products and services as part of a larger family of businesses with a unified vision.
Aside from the value we’ve gained being part of a larger group, we’ve also been able to realise additional value for our clients. Through our ties with other businesses in the group we’re now able to offer a much wider service offering, meaning that we can cater to more than just your workplace training needs.
What does all of this mean for you?
Ultimately, this rebrand brings our Citation family of brands closer together to make it easier for our customers to understand what we can do to help them and how the services that we all offer connect. Across the group, all of our products and services are built to help better your business, so it makes sense that we work together in a more joined up fashion to magnify the impact of how we can help you.
