Back to work training plans
Posted 4 years ago
Upon returning to work during the current pandemic, many employers will find that normal training schedules have to be altered. With many staff working from home for an extended period of time or even being furloughed, many responsible employers will want to refresh staff training on a number of mandatory training topics but will also undoubtedly focus on the topic of returning to work and infection prevention & control.
We have created simple but effective training plans for employee training as they start to return to work during and after COVID-19.
We must add that we strongly recommend that training is done before employees return to the workplace but we appreciate that this is not possible for all organisations. Below we have provided you with templates you can use to plan your employees training with some recommended training courses listed.
You will also find a blank template on the second page if you’d like to make your own training plan (this can be printed and filled out, or filled out online when downloaded to your computer).

- Training plan for those working in Schools – Download here
- Training plan for those working in Construction – Download here
- Training plan for those working in Manufacturing – Download here
- Training plan for those working in Hospitality and Retail – Download here
And for those of you who would like to print off these templates but want to use a little less ink, please see our lighter versions here – Manufacturing template, Construction template, Schools template, Offices template and Hospitality and Retail template.
