When did you join iHasco?
Once upon a time, way back in July 2003.
What do you do there?
I manage the Customer Services & Support Team.
What did you want to do when you were at school?
I was a keen scientist back in school. I always wanted to go into medicine and specialise in forensic pathology.
What do you get up to when you’re not at iHasco?
I wear many hats! Master in Patience, Director of the Household, Washing Machine Operator, Dramatic Story Teller, Professional Singer {concentrating on Disney tunes} and Motivational Speaker (My husband may call it nagging)
Where in the world would you most like to go?
There are so many places I’d love to see in the world! Machu Picchu in Peru, Venice in Italy, Iceland, Canada, Easter Island to name just a few…
What’s your favourite food?
I LOVE food. Any food, all the food!!! Top of my list…Fresh, warm crusty bread! I do try and keep myself in check foodwise these days as a Slimming Worlder but we all love a “cheat day” every now and then don’t we
Tell us something we don’t know about you…
I love buttons and have my very own button box full of them. I love them so much my wedding bouquet was made solely of buttons!
Favourite book?
My go to comfort read/watch is “Goodnight Mr Tom”.

An exciting change to our support system
We’ll soon be transitioning to Freshdesk, which is a move that we truly believe will enhance the level of support and service we can offer you.
Limited support throughout the holidays
To recognise our colleagues' hard work and commitment throughout the year, our office will be closed for the day on Friday 15th December for our Christmas party. As for our opening hours during the festive period, we’ll be closed from Friday 22nd December at 17:00 and opening again on Tuesday 2nd January at 09:00.
Unexpected downtime on our LMS platform – resolved
We've been made aware that our system is encountering some unexpected errors this morning. Our technical and development team have ben actively working on a fix for this issue, resulting in noticeable performance improvements. Update (Tuesday 8:00am) – this issue has now been resolved.
