An exciting change to our support system

As part of our ongoing commitment to provide you with the best support experience possible, we’re excited to announce some upcoming changes to our support platform.

We’ve been working hard on this transition and are excited to let you know this will be going live on 26 March 2024. In the meantime, our current support setup is still up and running, and our awesome Support Teams are here to help you out with anything you need. No changes there!

What does this mean for you?

  • Enhanced Support Experience: Freshdesk offers a suite of features that will enable us to serve you better. From streamlined ticket management to robust reporting capabilities, we are confident that this transition will enhance your support experience.
  • Utilising AI for Improved Service: One of the most exciting aspects of Freshdesk is the integration of AI technology. We are introducing a new AI chatbot to provide you with out-of-hours support and guidance. This addition will complement our existing support channels and ensure that you receive assistance whenever you need it, even outside of regular business hours.
  • No Disruption to Your Service: We understand the importance of uninterrupted support for your operations. Rest assured, you should not experience any disruptions in the support you receive from us. Our team will be on hand to assist with any questions or concerns you may have during this process.
  • More Support Options: With the introduction of the AI chatbot, you will have access to additional support options, giving you greater flexibility in how you engage with us for assistance. Whether it’s through traditional channels or the new AI-powered chatbot, our commitment to supporting you remains our priority.
