We at iHasco refuse to follow that mentality and are committed to delivering GREAT customer service and care to each and every one of our customers, regardless of their company size.
Our core values, quality, expertise, individual sector knowledge, and uncompromising customer support means being part of the iHasco training family is more than just a transaction. These values inform everything we do; from our in-house production process, to the ways in which we interact with our customers – and even the way we build our iHasco team.
Our Customer Service Promise is a contract between us and you, to deliver our services in an accessible, responsive, prompt and professional way.
We know that people want to deal with people, not a chatbot or an answerphone machine. Whenever and however you contact iHasco, you’ll be speaking to one of our lovely human beings in support or your account manager, who are warm, friendly and helpful.
Listening is an underrated skill. Don’t you hate being interrupted and not really heard? We make sure to listen properly to your questions or concerns and make sure that we can give you the most simple answer and get you on your way as quickly as possible.
We strive to be transparent about any changes and breakthroughs using a multitude of channels, including our company blogs, emails to clients and phone calls to name a few.
We want to make sure each of our clients feels like a VIP, because to us, that’s what they are! We value and appreciate every one of our clients.
